Xiao Xiao, a reporter from our newspaper, reported that recently, our library was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Unit of Democratic Management of Open Factory Affairs in Jiangxi Province" by Jiangxi Provincial Leading Group of Open Factory Affairs. Since the opening of library affairs in 2000, especially in the past three years, hotels have always adhered to the principles of fairness, openness and fairness. They have given full play to the functions of democratic management and supervision of professional congresses and promoted the scientific development of hotels. The practice of opening library affairs in our library has exchanged experiences with trade unions of the departments directly under the Central Government and with the trade committees of provincial departments directly under the Central Government for many times.
 
In the work of opening libraries, we focus on three "persistence". That is, to persist in handing over major issues related to hotel development to the staff and workers for democratic evaluation and supervision, to persist in building a long-term mechanism for democratic management of opening libraries, and to give full play to the role of staff congresses in democratic management of opening libraries. In recent years, we have strictly enforced the "triple one" and the hotel regulations, confined the power to the cage of the system, adhered to and improved the staff congress system through various channels such as professional congresses, newspapers, public columns of library affairs and meetings at all levels, placed hotel operation and management under the supervision of the staff and workers, so that the staff and workers can know the library situation, know the truth, have a family, and be financially managed. There is something to discuss and there is a master to do. In recent years, we have openly recruited middle-level cadres, recruited key sensitive positions such as purchasers, cashiers and auditors for the whole library, and recruited three internal contracting projects for the whole library, namely, laundry, famous house and Four Seasons Hall. Since last year, the purchase price of agricultural and sideline products in the catering department has been disclosed daily and supervised by employees. The members of the Discipline Commission of hotels are fully involved in the supervision of hotel procurement, bidding and employee recruitment. From childhood to the promulgation of a regulation, to the determination of the wage distribution scheme, hotels need to solicit opinions from their employees in various forms, obtain broad public support, and ensure the smooth implementation of various reforms. Through the implementation of library affairs publicity, the hotel has achieved four "promotion". That is to say, it further promotes the honesty and self-discipline of hotel managers, further promotes their sense of career and responsibility, further promotes the relationship between the party and the masses, and further promotes the enthusiasm of employees to participate in management.
